At Akoma Coffee, we are committed to ensuring your coffee reaches you in perfect condition. We offer a straightforward shipping and returns policy to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. 

Our shipping methods are designed to deliver your premium coffee in a timely manner while ensuring it retains its exceptional quality.

We take great care in packaging your orders to maintain freshness and ensure safe delivery. Our shipping costs are transparent, and we aim to provide you with the best value for your shipping investment.

Currently, we ship to all 50 states of the U.S plus PO Boxes. We DO NOT yet ship outside the US.

When do you ship? 

We roast coffee daily at Moschettin in Vallejo. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday and picked up within 48 hours by USPS, Ontrac, and FedEx which takes from 1 to 5 days to deliver. 

 

Shipping Delay

With most major carriers like USPS, some orders may get marked delivered early that end up arriving a day or two later. However, if your order hasn't arrived within 48 hours after the scheduled delivery date, reach out to via email hello@akoma-coffee.com.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Akoma Coffee Guarantee of Excellence

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to make each cup of Akoma Coffee a unique, enjoyable experience. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your coffee order and any other purchase, simply let us know for a quick, easy replacement.

Coffee

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. If you’re not sipping with a smile, please contact us for a replacement bag within 15 days of your order date.

Merchandize, Drinkware and more... etc.

We want your clothing to fit and your brew gear to function optimally. For all returns and exchanges, please reach out to us within 15 days. All returned merchandise must be unused with all packaging contents. For issues with brew gear occurring after 15 days, please reach out to the manufacturer directly.

Gift Cards


Gift cards are non-refundable.

Missing or Damaged Products

● Contact us as soon as you notice your shipment is missing. We’ll have a replacement on its way to you in no time.

● For damaged shipments, let us know within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement.

● If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box for quality training purposes so we can serve you better the next time around.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an E-gift certificate redeemable at Akoma Coffee will be emailed to you.

How to return items?

If you need to exchange a merchandise item for the same item where it is not related to products being broken, defective or the wrong size received from Akoma Coffee, please advise us by email at hello@akoma-coffee.com and then send the items back using a trackable shipping method to: 6131 Sutter Avenue, Richmond CA, 94804 USA.
